National three-year dissemination programme for the UK’s regeneration funding mechanism, the Single Regeneration Budget, aimed at enhancing quality and effectiveness. The funds were used for a wide range of projects and programmes ranging from infrastructure to community art.

Waters Economics team members assisted in the preparation of Good Practice Guides, a fortnightly newsletter, as well as regional and national seminars on a range of specialist topic areas, including project identification, partnership arrangements and exit strategies.

Of particular note was the Good Practice Guide and seminar on obtaining partnership funding from the European Regional Development Fund.
